Hi! My name is Cary and I live to play the drums! I completed a Bachelor's of Music at Capilano University Vancouver, and have over 20 years professional drumming experience.
I have toured internationally, played some of North America's biggest music festivals and recorded with many groups in most musical styles; including Pop, Rock, Jazz and Country. You may have even heard me drumming while listening to CBC Radio, Sirius XM or other Local and College Radio!
Whether it's learning music/drum fundamentals, exploring advanced drum concepts, or cultivating recording studio techniques, I can provide meaningful lessons for the beginner to intermediate student. If you are interested in lessons, send me an email and we can get you started!

The Studio
Located in the Mount Pleasant community of Northwest Calgary, the studio is designed for teaching with multiple acoustic drum sets, open sight lines, and professionally installed acoustic treatment to ensure the space is an inspiring place for learning.
